Spicy Hot Chicken Wings

Sauce
 ½ cup Hot Sauce
 ¼ cup Soy Sauce
 ¼ cup Maple Syrup
 1 tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Onion Powder
Marinade
 ½ cup Bread Crumbs (I used Gluten Free)
 1 tbsp Arrowroot Powder
 2 tsp Garlic Powder
 2 tsp Onion Powder
 1 tsp Pepper
 Salt to Taste
Wings
 1 lb Chicken Wings

Pre heat the air fryer for 3 mins at 375 degree Fahrenheit

Wash and Pat dry the wings and Keep it aside

In a medium bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients

Add the marinade on top of the wings and make sure all sides are coated well with the mixture.

Place the wings in the pre heated air fryer in a single layer depending on your size of the pot for 12 mins, flipping half way through.

Meanwhile in a medium bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients and whisk well until all combined.

After 12 mins, check the temperature of the wings using meat thermometer if 165 degree Fahrenheit.

Transfer the cooked wings to the sauce and mix well

Keep the wings in sauce for 2-3 mins , then take out in a serving plate.

Enjoy the wings with sour cream dip or cilantro dip. Add some carrots and celery on the side.
