

Ingredients: 2 cups boiled chickpeas (strained) 2 tbsp Tahini paste 1 whole lemon juice 3-4 garlic cloves 2 tsp olive oil salt and pepper to taste 2-3 tbsp water
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor and grind until smooth paste like texture.
- Add water as needed and scrape the sides in between.
- If you like coarse chunky texture, grind less.
This is classic recipe, you can add different flavors to it like boiled beetroot, mint etc. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
