Perfect Summer Dip Platter

Summer BBQ parties are just on the peak and I am sure you guys are having lots of fun with your family and friends! I am a huge BBQ fan and always wait for this time of the year where you get enough opportunity for experimenting with grilled recipes. Be it Chicken, salmon ,vegetables or my favorite Paneer(Cottage cheese) I simply enjoy the whole process. Perfect BBQ needs 2 things, right marinade for your meat or veggies and perfect bowl of dip to enjoy the same.

While everyone is busy planning their long weekend I thought why not make something that you guys will love this season...! Yes today we are making 4 types of dip perfect for your next BBQ party.

I am using fresh seasoned ingredients for these recipes and I am sure it will enhance your BBQ experiences to whole another level. These are easy and do not include any dairy products so if you are Vegan then Voila!

Lets get cooking:

  1. Lime Cilantro Mint Dip:
Ingredients: 
Handful of Mint
Handful of Cilantro
Half Lime 
Salt
Sugar
2-3 medium Green Chilies
1 TBSP Roasted Chickpeas

Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth consistency. add water slowly if needed. Salt and sugar are added as per the taste.


2. Tomato & Garlic Dip:


Ingredients: 
2 Boiled and Peeled Tomatoes
3-4 Garlic cloves
2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt
Sugar
1 Tsp Oil

Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth paste. Do not add excess water.
Heat the oil in the sauce pan and add this mixture to it. Keep steering until the paste thickens to sauce consistency and mixture oozes out some oil.

3. Coconut & Chili Dip:


Ingredients: 
1/4 cup of fresh Coconut
3-4 Garlic cloves
2-3 Green Chilies
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt
Sugar

Directions:
Add all the ingredients to the blender & blend until smooth paste. Do not add excess water or it will become too thin. 


4. Tamarind and Dates Dip:


Ingredients: 
2 TBSP Tamarind Puree
2-3 Dates (Seedless)
4 TBSP Jaggery
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
Black Salt

Directions:
Boil 1 cup of water and add Tamarind puree and Dates to it. Let it cook for around 15 minutes or until the Dates are soften. Now turn of the flame and let this cool completely. Add this mixture to a blender and add remaining ingredients to it. Blend until smooth paste.
