Mother’s day was just celebrated all over the world with great love. I adore my mom's cooking skills but I am even more fortunate to have Mom in law whose mouth watering recipes never fail to surprise me. So even after getting married one thing is still constant and that is yummy food talks and immense love for sharing food ideas or recipes. Every household has that one secret recipe or ingredient which every generation loves to share. I would love to hear what is your favorite dish from your mom's kitchen?
Always add 1 TBSP of roasted split chickpea (dalia) while making Mint chutney to have smooth consistency. It gives the chutney a great texture.
