Ingredients:
1.5 cup fresh Cranberries (Wash and pat dry)
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 tbsp grated Ginger
1/2 cup Apple Sauce (unsweetened)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a sauce pan on medium low heat.
  2. Simmer until it looks like jam consistency.
  3. Stir the mixture frequently to prevent from sticking to the bottom.
  4. Cool completely before storing in an air tight container.

Store in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
