Ingredients: 1.5 cup fresh Cranberries (Wash and pat dry) 1/2 cup Orange Juice 1 tbsp grated Ginger 1/2 cup Apple Sauce (unsweetened) 1 tbsp Maple Syrup Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients to a sauce pan on medium low heat.
- Simmer until it looks like jam consistency.
- Stir the mixture frequently to prevent from sticking to the bottom.
- Cool completely before storing in an air tight container.
Store in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
