2 slices of Sourdough bread, you can use any bread.
1 ripe Avocado (cut into Wedges)
2-3 leafy fronds of Fennel
5-6 thin slices of Raddish( any raddish, I used red)
sesame seeds
flax seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
pinch of salt (Optional)

1. Toast the bread slightly on medium high heat. make it slightly crispy.
2. Once cooled to room temperature, Add avocado wedges evenly.
3. Next comes Radish, fennel and drizzle the lemon juice.
4. Last sprinkle the seeds and pepper.
I skipped salt as I like it that way. But you can add chilly flakes and salt to your taste. VOILA!
